Carolina Holdings was a preferred developer for Dollar General, focused on the Southeastern United States.  In this role, CHI actively sourced and developed sites that met DG’s required specs for new store locations.  Building sizes ranged from the standard 9,100 SF prototype up to DG’s largest format, the 12,500 SF DG Plus.  See below for a list of sites which Carolina Holdings developed:
